| Menus |
Ben and Ari's provides complete food and beverage services for your special event. The following menus are suggested for your convenience and can be customized to meet your needs. We would appreciate receiving menu selections and other arrangements no later than two weeks prior to your event. All applicable prices will be subject to Indiana State Sales Tax. |
| Guarantees |
A guaranteed attendance figure is required for all functions 72 hours prior to the event's date. This figure will be considered the minimum attendance figure for billing purposes. To receive price breaks, the number of guests attending must stay in the specified range. All buffets and BBQ options require a minimum of 25 guests. |
Deposits |
Upon scheduling an event, 25% of your estimated bill is required for a down payment. Deposits are considered a down payment on the event and will be credited on the final bill. |
| Pricing and Billing |
| Pricing is subject to change and is not guaranteed until you have scheduled your event. Unless credit arrangements have been made prior to the function, payment is due upon completion of your event. At that time, an itemized invoice will be presented to you for verification of guaranteed attendance and services. All charges will be based upon the guaranteed or actual attendance, whichever is greater. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit card, personal or business check. Organizations that are tax exempt must provide Ben and Ari's with a tax exempt certificate two days prior to their event. |
| Inclement Weather |
| If there is inclement weather the day of your event, golf will be changed to 15 tokens. |
| Alcoholic Beverages |
| Alcoholic Beverages can be provided for groups of 100 or more. Please request pricing. |
